Non-dairy desserts by end of 2023
As per our 2023 roadmap and in order to keep in line with our Net Zero targets, we need to focus on reducing the amount of dairy we are using across our venues.
Between excessive water consumption and high methane production, dairy production has a very harmful impact on the planet. That's why we are committing to all desserts being non-dairy by the end of 2023.
Small steps make a big difference in the sustainability world so consider changing certain ingredients to plant based alternatives, such as plant based cream or aqaufaba instead of eggs!
