Where are you fruit and vegetables coming from?

Local sourcing is something we have been passionate about here at Levy for a very long time.

In a world where it is possible to get anything from anywhere, we need to remain focused on prioritising fresh, British produce througout our supply chains. It's no secret that the climate here in the UK isn't always the best, so maintaining flexibility in our menu planning is key to allow for the best quality, local produce possible.

Using British produce means we can reduce our carbon emissions created through transportation and energy consumption required to grow and store of out of season ingredients. Not only that but it is much better quality and tastier! Check out our seasonal menu at the link in our bio for ways to prioritise locality in your menus!
