Understanding exactly where our produce comes from is key in being able to reduce our CO2 emissions by 80% by 2027.

That’s why we are committed to carrying out life cycle analysis of all of our produce to ensure we are selecting the ingredients with the lowest emission produce within our APL. We are working closely alongside our teams at Foodbuy to better understand the history of our suppliers and ensure we are only working with those who align with our core sustainabilty values and will assist us on the road to net zero.
