How can you reduce your food waste?

As a catering business, it is unfortuntely inevitable that food waste will always be a challenge we face.

That is why another of our main commitments on the road to net zero is to reduce our food waste to 25% by the end of 2024. We have amended this figure from 2022, having further educated ourselves to better understand what food waste is composed of and how best to dispose of and reduce it. Therefore this figure now includes all inedible aspects of the food we cook such as bones, shells and trimmings.
