Sustainable fish procurement

Next up on our roadmap of commitments is the procurement and use of MCS 1-3 or ASC assured fish.

Assessed by the Marine Stewardship Council, this certification establishes which species of fish are the most sustainable based upon whether they are in healthy stocks or not. The lower the certification i.e. MSC 1, the higher the supply and the more sustainable the species.
