How much do Plant based options make up your menus?

Whilst plant-forward is the approach we take in menu design here at Levy, it is becoming easier and easier to create tasty plant-based dishes.

Not only does offering plant-based alternatives significantly reduce the carbon footprint of a dish, but the demand for plant-based dishes is growing rapidly each year. Between 2020 and 2022, there was an increase in almost 300,000 people taking part in Veganuary, proving the popularity of plant-based dshes. Therefore, by 2025, we aim to have 50% of the dishes on our menues as plant-based.
