Where are your ingredients coming from?

When looking at the life cycle of our produce, we must also be taking into consideration where it is coming from.

Look at the mileage of your ingredients and perhaps reconsider how far they are travelling if we haven't already selected the option with the lowest emissions. Whilst Levy has already successfully eliminated the use of air frieght, we must strive to take this further and aim for all UK-sourced produce. The nearer the better!
