How much single-use plastic does your venue use?

Packaging plays an important role in foodservice: it preserves food, extends shelf life, reduces food waste and offers convenience to ‘on the go’ customers.

However, many items are only used once before being discarded, which isn’t sustainable. This is why we are focused on reducing and eliminating single use plastics and ensuring the packaging we use is from sustainable sources, with a high recycled content, which is easily recyclable or compostable (where facilities allow) at end of life.
