What milk alternatives should you be using? 

Studies show that oat milk has the lowest carbon footprint amongst all alternatives closely followed by almond and rice.

Making small changes such as placing alternative milk at the forefront or offering incentives for customers to choose this over dairy options can dramatically reduce your venues dairy consumption and overall carbon footprint.
